Will there be a community sign built?

 

We will not be installing a sign at this time. The core reasoning is ensuring that the budget is balanced for necessities prior to making such a significant financial obligation. 

What is the HOA doing about speeding?

 

Unfortunately the HOA does not have the legal ability to make neighborhood residents slow down. We are currently working with the Westminster City Office to have additional speed limit signs installed throughout the Community. We encourage you to reach out to Westminster Police department (410) 848-4646 if you see speeding issues.

Will traffic calming bumps be installed?

 

If we install traffic calming bumps we no longer will be eligible for City plowing/maintenance of our roadways. This financial obligation is not feasible for the Community to manage. If you feel as though there is a significant speeding issue, we encourage you to reach out to the Westminster Police department (410) 848-4646.

What is the bulk trash pick-up schedule?

 

All bulk trash pick-up must be scheduled by the homeowner with the City of Westminster. The phone number to call for scheduling is 410-848-9077. Link for scheduling instructions.

What is this bill from Bolton Hill Water and Sewer Company LLC?

 

Almost all Maryland new construction communities are now requiring the residents to fund building the water and sewer systems.
